I seem to have gotten into several bad habits. One of which is, of course, taking pictures of stupid things, and then wasting space on a web server and various people's bandwidth by putting them on this website.
The other is sitting around watching Food TV, seeing people make stuff that looks good, and then thinking I have the skill required to construct such a thing.
And so, after watching Molto Mario a lot, and noticing that he cooks gnochhi every 15 seconds, I couldn't take it any longer and decided I had to give it a shot!
A brief history of gnocchi:
Once upon a time there was a place named italy, and one winter, some poor people couldn't afford to use flour all willy-nilly in their pasta. So they invented gnocchi, which is mostly stuff that's not flour, but with a bit of flour in it, so that they could stretch their flour supply. Or, I might be full of total crap.
