The prime ingredient in your various potato gnocchi is potato. I think that's why they call them that. In any event, I selected these fine specimens from my potato bag. I decided on the lovely Yukon Gold potato, highly prized for being a potato that is yellow.
I selected two medium sized potato's and one smaller one. What I've learned looking at these recipes is that there is no specific recipe (as you will see). So I chose the amount of potato that I thought I'd be able to eat on my own without exploding too terribly much.
