Following the same rules as before, the folding process continued until something ran out. Would it be the filling, the skins, the patience, or the chef's sanity?
As it turns out, the filling. There were about 7 skins left over, which became soup at some later point. (Sidenote: it can be difficult to get an empty gyoza or wonton skin out of a pot of soup after it's been cooked. You have been warned.)
And so we see, something that can only be classified as a mess of gyoza!
And thus, the dumpling adventure is complete!
