Well, I guess I'd be an evil bastard without showing at least one shot of what these things look like when they're all cooked up.
So, here's a picture of what the gyoza look like if you dunk them into frying oil (again at the magic 375F temperature) for 3-4 minutes, or until they're really brown, or until they float, or until you're no longer paranoid that they're raw.
Some of the WonTons were cooked into a fine WonTon soup by the chef. However, I was busy sitting in a corner with the deep fried gyoza, grasping the plate with one hand, and alternately shoving food into my face and hissing and growling at passers by. So, I was unable to take a picture of the soup.
But never fear! I have all these things, placed in my freezer on their sheets until they were frozen, and then placed into a ziplock bag. So, there might be soup pictures forthcoming. If I can get someone to take a picture of it before I run them out of the place for getting too close to the food.
