To the authors of the "Crocker Cooker Cookbook - A guide to cooking with your CrockPot slow cooker apparatus": Thank you for reminding me that the meat, having been cooked for 12 hours straight, might be a tad hot to the touch. I was most touched by your advice, and am pleased to announce that none of my fingertips were overly singed in the processing of the cooked beef. Thank you.
