Now that the beef is all cooked and delicious, it is time, of course, to remove it from the soup and throw it away.
HAHA, just kidding! Actually, you're meant to take all the meat out, and cut it into smaller, soup sized pieces. (I remembered to mention that the beef was originally cut into large chunks like for stew, right?).
