Here's the guts of a california roll. Some cucumber, some crab (or pretend crab if, like me, you're poor), some avocado, and some of the weird mayonaise. Roll as before, making sure to not press as hard because it makes mayonaise and avocado squirt out the ends of the roll, making a mess (and making me laugh).
