Marisue's tactics for the puzzle were somewhat different. Instead of attempting to manipulate the puzzle with her hands in order to get the ring off the cable, she instead took a different angle, and attempted to use her womanly powers to manipulate the puzzle.
Here, we see her acting charming in an attempt to talk the ring off the rope in return for some hot monkey love. Sadly, the ring was having none of it, and she never did solve the puzzle.
