Next, into the big bowl of salad type stuff, was dumped this fine selection of bean sprouts, which we cleverly rinsed under cold water, with a little dawn dish detergent, because bean sprouts are sold bulk, and you often see people rooting around in the bean sprout bin without the benefit of the clearly placed tongs. Just riffling around in the produce with their bare hands, the hands they use to pick their nose, scratch their butt, or hold their child's hand.
But I digress. The sprouts were rinsed off nicely, and then added to the big bowl, on top of the cooked noodles, which were cooked previously, and then placed into the big bowl.
