And so we have.. tada! Rice thing! I call this Unfried Fried Rice, even though
stuff is actually fried, cause the rice isn't fried, just the other stuff, and
when you make actual fried rice you're supposed to fry the egg with the rice
together,and so while this contains frying, it's not traditional fried rice
frying, and so I get to call it Unfried Fried Rice.
Now normally the reason you want to cook the egg with the rice is so that the
egg coats the rice and gives it some sort of flavour. But since I used the magic
broth, the rice is tasty anyway. So another name for this would be, Tasty Rice
Thing Which Has Some Fried Bits In It.
Frankly, I think Unfried Fried Rice is a lot cooler, myself.
