The last step in the construction of the Magic Cookie Bars (tm) is the application of an entire can of Eagle Brand Sweetned Condensed Milk. This, unsurprisingly, is not nearly as easy as one would presume.
To start off with, they really cram that can full! And then they put that stupid pull tab opening mechanism, to fool you into thinking that that's how you should open the can. So you do. And then the tab pokes into the can and a little blurp of the sweet syrupy goodness inside shoots out. And then you have to try and get that off the can and your hand.
After that, you have to carefully sprinkle the thick gooey sweetened milk all over the top of the thing, very VERY evenly! You don't want anything bad to happen, do you? No, I didn't think so.
