After the eggs were whipped up, more stuff ended up in the eggs. Again, I'm fairly sure that there's some flour in there, but beyond that, I have no idea.
I guess sugar probably, since I seem to recall taking a picture of that and it doesn't seem like the sort of thing that there's be in a butter crust, but I'm just the photo guy, not some sort of crust knowing-about guy.
Also it looks like there's lemon zest in there, and probably lemon juice too, cause hey, why not? They ARE lemon bars after all.
