So, as we all know, Taisho is the place to go if you're in vancouver and you want
yummy japanese food. Why? Because I said so. One of the things that makes it such
a cool place (cooler if you like sushi) is this here, the sushi conveyor belt.
Which runs nonstop all the time. You just pluck the stuff off it as it passes,
so no having to wait for waiters or anything to bring you an order (though
you can order that sort of thing if you want). It leads from the kitchen, down
the center of the restaurant and back.
There's actually a couple of these. The tables against the outside walls of the
restaurant don't have sushi belt access, though there is a couple of places you
can go and stand and wait for what you want to go past.
Frankly, every restaurant should have a belt that brings nonstop food past you.
Don't you think?
