Like so. As you can see, the chef ran out of skins long before he ran out of filling or patience. At best count that came out to about, oh, 4,193 WonTons. Or 70. I can't remember now. Did I mention that one package of WonTon skins generally requires about 1 pound of filling? That's probably important. I hope you didn't already go to the store.
Thankfully, the chef had 2 pounds of filling, and so we were able to continue our dumpling adventure, using gyoza skins and the rest of the filling.
