You know how you can take those little kernels of corn, and then pop them using some sort of corn explosives, and come up with a light and fluffy treat that's healthy? And then if you're not a hippy you put some butter and salt on it, and it tastes even better, because corn isn't that exiciting a flavour all on it's own? And then sometimes people try to do other stuff with the "popped" corn to make it even better, like for example putting caramel on it and then calling it Caramel Corn?
As it turns out, the subject of our latest food adventure is something along those lines! By "along", I mean "we did exactly that".
So with some popcorn and a brand new popcorn explosion device, we have created and documented an adventure of massive proportions that shows just one of many ways to get caramel onto your popcorn. More work than just trading money to someone who's done the work for you, but it requires less putting on clothes and leaving the house, which in some ways is much more important.
Let the adventure commence.
