Once upon a time, when I was visiting my beloved in a far away country, she took me to a family gathering at which was servered the now infamous "Cheesy Potatoes". Later, on a similar visit, she actually constructed the cheesy potato's right from scratch, in her very own kitchen, just so that I could eat them (also she ate some too).
I have in my posession what is probably the secret recipe of the Cheesy Potatoes, though it's hard to tell because there was no explicit recipe and it was sort of a "seat of the pants" type affair.
Nevertheless, I shall now impart upon you the actual (probably) recipe for the (not infamous) "Cheesy Potatoes". By way of photos. Which are poorly taken. And may be hard to make out. Most of which are superflous.
