Of course, if you're making (the now infamous) "Cheesy Potatoes", it stands to reason that you would require some cheese. The "Recipe" that I got said 1 1/2 cups of cheese. However, I just cut a hunk of cheese off and grated that, and it turned out to be 2 cups (as you can see if you can read backwards and you know metric). So I have made an executive decision and decreed that 1/2 a cup more cheese probably isn't going to hurt anything. Here's hoping.
