After all of that popping and mixing and stirring and mixing and nuking and stirring and genetic mutation due to radiation and mixing and stirring is complete, you end up with a bowl of Caramel popcorn that's ready to be cooled and then eaten.
Importantly, if left to it's own devices the popcorn will cool into a lump the relative size and shape of the bowl that you made it in. While this is an interesting table centerpiece or Object d'art, it makes the popcorn much harder to eat.
With that in mind, we carefully prepared this cookie sheet by greasing it a bit (a little insurance never hurt anyone) and then putting it on a table (a little holding of a bunch of popcorn in a pan for 30 minutes may not have hurt anyone, but let's not find out, huh?).
