With the popcorn safely under our belts, it was time to start on the construction of the Caramel, the most important part of Caramel Popcorn (without it, you just have popcorn, you see).
The ingredients for the Caramel were plunked into a measuring cup and made ready for the nuking process that would turn them eventually into Caramel. This includes some amount of butter, sugar and corn syrup, plus maybe some other stuff. I can't really remember. As I've said many times before, I'm just in charge of the camera.
