To commence the adventure involving the construction of Caramel and it's direct application to popcorn, we gathered together this list of ingredients. If you would like to follow along with this adventure, you'll need everything that you see here.
Well, almost. The ingredients totally show baking powder, but what you actually need is baking soda, not baking powder. So don't use baking powder, or it will all go wrong.
Also, for the purposes of this adventure we discarded our old out-dated hot air popcorn popper in favour of the one seen here, which is brand new, not out-dated, and uses the power of hot oil and not hot air. Despite that we used hot air popping corn, hoping for the best.
