A vital part of every sushi adventure is someone who knows how to make a sushi. Prior to the adventure, I did much research into the theoretical why's and howfor's of sushi construction. But I'd never actually done it before.
So I enlisted the help of SushiChef (formerly known as DriverGuy earlier in the night when he drove me to the store to buy the ingredients). Seen here is his brilliant smile, as he ponders his next sushi preparation order.
