And here is the finished product. I boiled these in batches of 7 or 8 (I used a small pot) and took them out with a slotted spoon when they were all done. Then I covered them in melted butter and some salt and fresh ground black pepper. MMM!
These also go well with various pasta sauces. I shall try that next. If only I had remembered to sprinkle some cheese on these! Bummer.
All in all, I classify this experiment as a success. Next time I shall experiment with ricing the potato instead of mashing it, and putting a bit of cheese in the dough. That ought to be interesting.
