Or, technically, tonkatsu (which, literally translated, means, "pork that clogs
your arteries").
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You just can't go wrong with
deep frying. Unless it's carrots. One time when I was a kid, someone had the
brilliant notion that since potatos and carrots both were roots, and deep fried
potatos were good, deep fried carrots must also be good. But, apart from THAT,
deep frying is KING!
