And finally, we have the final breaded product, awaiting it's doom! In this case, doom is defined as being plunged into oil at 375F (something something celcius, I don't know!) for about 5 minutes or so. Did you know that 5 minutes in 375F oil is enough to cook 1/2 inch thick pork strips completely through, while at the same time giving them a deep, golden brown color?
