There are various styles of sushi. One of them is the sushi roll, or.. uh.. sushi roll. Ok, so I don't know the actual Japanese word for it. Well, I know it, but I can't remember it. But there's a word!
Anyway, in order to make a sushi roll, you need a sushi mat. There's a word for that I don't remember as well. It's basically a bajillion bambo skewers tied together. They're used to roll up the sushi and give it it's round, roll like shape.
