When I cook rice, I don't like to use just plain water. That's so boring. What
I like to do, see, is use some sort of flavoured water. That makes the rice
taste like something. I'd like to think I'm the only genius who's ever thought
this up, but I'm sure I'm not. Anyway, I usually like to use chicken stock, but
I didn't have any. What I did have, though, was this seafood stock, for making
Miso soup with. And so, I used some of that. Not a lot, you understand, cause
like, I didn't want to eat fish tasting rice or anything. That would be oogy.
