Next, I slowly peeled all of the potatoes, and gave them a bit of a wash so that they would be less dirty (iron and minerals be damned!). I then proceeded to grate my knuckles against my trusty hand grater.
Due to some freak accident, I accidentally managed to grate some of the potatoes as well during this process. I captured them all, and stashed them in this bowl, for later use.
