Finally, it became time to cook the pancakes made out of potato. This involved putting some amount of oil into a pan and getting it nice and hot. Next, dump glops of the stuff into the pan, and press it flat with a spatula. And then cook it for some number of minutes on each side, and place it on paper towel to drain.
Personally, I cooked these for about 2 minutes per side. But the temperature of your oil and the thickness of your potato may change that number.
