This whole dual trip to Niagra Falls happened quite a few years ago. The
participants were me, and FemaleCompanion. The first time we went, we were
in Toronto to go to the wedding of a friend of mine. And since we were
there, we headed off to Niagra Falls, because hey, it's Toronto. What else
are you gonna do there?
The second trip was a few months later, for vacation purposes, since the
first time we were there, things didn't entirely suck.
Not that any of that explains this picture. You see, this was my faithful
canine companion, at the time (sadly, he is no longer with us). As I prepared
to leave for two weeks, one of the first things I did was buy a camera, so
that I could record my journey for posterity.
One of the rules of owning a pet is, when you have a camera in your hand,
and it has film in it, you take a picture of the pet. And so, I followed him
around until he laid down, and took a picture of him. The very first picture
ever taken with my new camera! awww
