What's a dumpling adventure without some sort of ingredients? Not a very good one, that's for sure!
So, here are some ingredients. As previously mentioned, both types of dumplings we made contain the same filling (pork and chive), and are wrapped up in different shapes of skins and folded differently.
You will want to collect together some spices to pep up your filling. We chose Maggi, Sesami Oil, and peanut butter! Well, not really peanut butter. But, it will be funny to see if I get any emails asking me why I put peanut butter in my dumplings. I'll share them with you if I get any.
Of course, you can't have a dumpling without some kind of dumpling skin, so we have two of them here. The square ones are WonTon skins, and the round ones are Gyoza skins.
