The second thing to happen after the bed went together was to arrange the couch and comfy chair for good TV viewing, so that we could finally breathe a sigh of relief that the hardest and most stressful part of the move was now over.
We're totally rebels and have decided to have the living room in the dining area and the dining room in the living area. This decision was partially decided by the strangeness of the cable jack being on the dining room side of the fireplace.
We will also be replacing that hideous chandelier hanging from the ceiling fan with something else, or possibly replacing the entire fan with one that has a built in light that doesn't hang down at all.
For the time being, there is enough stuff to do without worrying about that, even though I do smack my head on it every time I stand up out of the chair.
